Spur Impact Association is a Delaware-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit. In support of our mission, we are the lead organization planning and organizing several large-scale events and networking opportunities designed to help emerging professionals get involved, be inspired, and spur impact in our community. These initiatives are designed to provide unique and meaningful ways to connect up-and-coming individuals who are passionate about making a change and spurring impact in their community with each other as well as nonprofits and other public and private organizations. We aim through these initiatives to help inspire and empower individuals to achieve their personal goals for professional growth and success.

The Spur Leaders Network was launched in 2023 to address a critical need voiced by Delaware nonprofits: identifying and engaging new, diverse board members. It was built for emerging leaders and individuals seeking to join a nonprofit board, current board members who want a refresher or to level up their skills, and nonprofits looking for trained, committed board members. With partnerships across more than 800 Delaware nonprofits, SLN bridges the gap between talent and opportunity to strengthen boards statewide. This program was built by a Delaware nonprofit, for Delaware nonprofits.
